Sara Gordon started her business at The Health Club and Spa in 2000 and has developed an excellent reputation amongst local people, GPs and consultants. She moved her business to Priory Farm in 2021 and is delighted with the new, improved facilities.
Sara Gordon
Sara Gordon is a highly experienced chartered physiotherapist with a wealth of expertise spanning over three decades. Since earning her qualification in 1987, Sara has continuously worked in various healthcare settings, including the NHS, private hospitals, private practice since 1996, establishing her own private practice in 2000.
Sara has always pursued advanced education and training, obtaining postgraduate qualifications in sports physiotherapy, manipulative physiotherapy, acupuncture, and Pilates.
Sara’s professional interests extend to muscular and skeletal problems, post-orthopaedic surgery recovery, ergonomics, work-related pain management, acupuncture, and sports injuries. Her multifaceted expertise allows her to address a wide range of conditions and tailor treatment plans to meet the individual needs of each patient.
In addition to her clinical practice, Sara has been the touch side team physiotherapist for prestigious sports teams including East Grinstead’s first XI Hockey team for two seasons and Old Reigatians Rugby for four seasons.

Bethan Cannon
Since graduating from King’s College London in 2008 to become a Chartered Physiotherapist, Bethan has worked in a variety of NHS and private clinics, including GP surgeries, the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Radley Boys School and Chipstead RFC. She has completed courses including a Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, acupuncture for the treatment of pain and during pregnancy, myofascial release, joint mobilisation, taping, chronic pain management, specific exercise programming and women’s health including urinary incontinence issues.
